Nawab Singh Nagar
Nawab Singh Nagar is an Indian politician and member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Nagar is a former Minister in Government of Uttar Pradesh and served twice as MLA from Dadri (1996-2007). He is currently the chairperson of Lal Bahadur Shastri Sugarcane Development Board and also the Vice-President of Uttar Pradesh BJP. History Nawab Singh Nagar joined RSS during his college days and eventually joined BJP in the mid-1980s as the party was formed. He contested his first assembly election from Dadri Constituency in 1993 on BJP symbol but lost to Sameer Bhati. He won his first election in 1996 defeating Sameer Bhati in the same constituency. A Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) is a representative elected by the voters of an electoral district (constituency) to the legislature of State government in the Indian system of government. 2015 Dadri Lynching
The 2015 Dadri lynching refers to case of lynching in which a mob of villagers attacked the home of 52-year-old Mohammed Akhlaq, killing him, for suspicion of slaughtering a cow. The attack took place at night, on 28 September 2015 in Bisahda village, near Dadri in Uttar Pradesh, India. The mob consisting of local villagers, attacked Akhlaq's house with sticks, bricks and knives, saying that they suspected of him stealing and slaughtering a cow calf. Mohammad Akhlaq Saifi (Ikhlaq according to some sources) died in the attack, and his son, 22-year-old Danish, was seriously injured. Later an Indian court found prima facie evidence of meat that may have been either mutton or beef, and ordered registration of a first information report (FIR) against Akhlaq. Allahabad High Court, also known as High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is the high court based in Prayagraj that has jurisdiction over the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It was established on 17 March 1866, making it one of the oldest high courts to be established in India. The Delhi–Noida Direct Flyway or DND Flyway is India's first 8-lane wide, long access-controlled expressway in Delhi NCR.
