Naughty Grandma
Naughty Grandma (russian: Бабушка лёгкого поведения, Babushka lyogkogo povedeniya) is a 2017 Russian comedy film directed by Maryus Vaysberg. It stars Aleksandr Revva and Glukoza. The film was the only domestic picture to be successful at the Russian box-office in the summer of 2017. Plot Aleksandr Rubenstein (Sanya), nicknamed the Transformer, has the talent of impersonating various people. He uses this skill for criminal purposes. After another successful case, Sanya is forced to hide from his pursuers in his uncle's nursing home, posing as a grandmother. There he meets a girl, Lyuba, and falls in love, but a grandfather from the nursing home unexpectedly falls in love with him. Maryus Vaysberg
Maryus Erikovich Vaysberg (, born 1 April 1971), also known as Marius Balčiūnas-Weisberg, is a Russian film director, producer, and screenwriter of Lithuanian and Jewish descent. Career His father, Erik Vaysberg, had had his own career in the Soviet film industry- he acted as the executive producer of Tarkovsky's film Mirror, on Andrei Konchalovsky's film Siberiade, and Karen Shakhnazarov's film The Assassin of the Tsar. Vaysberg graduated from the VGIK in the mid-1990s and started releasing films. His first film, ''No Vacancy'', starring Christina Ricci was released in 1999. Vaysberg's films are not well-loved by critics in his native Russia.
