Tanya Trotter (born Tanya Blount) is an American actress, musician and author. Early life and education Blount was educated at Morgan State University, where she majored in psychology and sang in the university choir. She has a son named Antonio. Career Blount first came to prominence in the film, '' Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit'' (1993) in which she featured as the character "Tanya". Her performance of "His Eye is on the Sparrow" with Lauryn Hill was a particularly notable moment. John Joseph Capek is a composer, arranger, keyboardist, producer. Biography John Capek was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic). on 27 November 1947. He is the son of Fred Capek, a concert pianist and Mechanical Engineer, and Irene Capek, both survivors of Terezin and the Auschwitz concentration camp. __NOTOC__ Manchild was an American 1970s funk band from Indianapolis, Indiana. They are best known for having a teenaged Kenny Babyface Edmonds in the group before he moved over to Dick Griffey's SOLAR Records to be in the band the Deele along with Antonio "L.A." Reid. Marc Nelson (born January 23, 1971) is an American singer and songwriter. He was an original member of Boyz II Men while still attending Philadelphia's High School of Performing Arts. However, Nelson left the group to pursue a solo career before they released their first album. Boyz II Men After hearing New Edition's song "Boys to Men" on the radio, the group changed their name to Boyz II Men. In 1989, the group met Michael Bivins and began making arrangements to sign the group to a major label and begin recording. In the interim, the group encountered delays in recording their album. Nelson grew impatient and left the group and began recording his debut solo project.
