Natsuki Tanihara (たにはら なつき, August 18, Year Unknown) is a Japanese manga artist, but is better known as character designer of visual novels. She is the artist for the media franchise Tantei Opera Milky Holmes, and is often considered the artistic successor to Naru Nanao is the pseudonym of a female Japanese artist from Okinawa, Japan. Nanao's choice of her pseudonym stems from Circus' game ''Aries'', in which one of the characters was named . is a media franchise owned by the Japanese trading card game company Bushiroad. The first release was an Internet radio drama, released in December 2009. An anime adaptation by J.C.Staff aired between October and December 2010, with a special episode aired on August 26, 2011.
