Nationale 1 Dames, officially named the Total League - Dames for sponsorship reasons, is the highest women's basketball league in Luxembourg. The league's governing body is Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Basketball (FLBB).Présentation de la FLBB
Prior to the 2012–13 season, the league was known as the Diekirch League. The current champions are Amicale who beat Musel Pikes in the 2017 finals.

Basketball

CA Spora Luxembourg was a football club, based in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. It is now a part of Racing FC Union Luxembourg. History Spora was founded in 1923 as an amalgam of Racing Club Luxembourg and Sporting Club Luxembourg, two of the leading lights of early Luxembourgish football. For the first seventeen years of existence, Spora would battle with FA Red Boys Differdange for ultimate ascendancy in Luxembourgish football. Basket-Ball Club Résidence or simply Résidence or Résidence Walferdange is a professional basketball club from the commune of Walferdange. History Résidence was founded in 1965. Later the same year began the inauguration of the Prince Henry Stadium, the club's homecourt. On March 2, 1967 was allowed to BBC Résidence, the admission of the association with the FLBB.
