The National Technological Initiative (NTI) (russian: Национальная технологическая инициатива (НТИ)) is a 2014 program created by Vladimir Putin with the purpose of creating Russian global technical leadership in Russia. Roland Oliphant
Roland (; frk, *Hrōþiland; lat-med, Hruodlandus or ''Rotholandus''; it, Orlando or ''Rolando''; died 15 August 778) was a Frankish military leader under Charlemagne who became one of the principal figures in the literary cycle known as the Matter of France. The historical Roland was military governor of the Breton March, responsible for defending Francia's frontier against the Bretons. ''Russia Beyond'' (formerly ''Russia Beyond The Headlines'') is a Russian multilingual project operated by TV-Novosti (formerly Russia Today), founded by the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti. The Skolkovo Innovation Center is a high technology business area at Mozhaysky District in Moscow, Russia.
