Arkansas Highway 25
Arkansas Highway 25 is a northeast–southwest state highway in north central Arkansas. The route runs from US 64 in Conway to US 63/412 in Black Rock through Greers Ferry, Batesville, and the foothills of The Ozarks. Route description AR 25 begins in Conway at US 64. Near Conway, it is strictly a local route with no direct access to Interstate 40. A I-40 exit west of AR 25 is marked as AR 25 North, but the road serving it is officially called US 64 Spur; its junction with US 64 is 0.7 mile west of AR 25. From Conway, the road runs north to Wooster, where it turns northeast, meeting US 65 in Greenbrier. The route overlaps US 65 for several miles north of Greenbrier, then continues northeast, meeting AR 107 and AR 225 before entering Quitman. Central Baptist College
Central Baptist College (CBC) is a private Baptist college in Conway, Arkansas. CBC was founded in 1952 as Conway Baptist College, using the former campus of Central College, defunct since 1947. It awards both associate and bachelor's degrees. Enrollment is at 470 for traditional students with a 55% to 45% male to female ratio and over 200 non-traditional PACE Students. The college employs 560 employees across all of its locations. Students are required to live on campus their freshman year (with exceptions). Arkansas Highway 36
Highway 36 (AR 36, Ark. 36, and Hwy. 36) is a state highway in Central Arkansas. The highway begins at U.S. Highway 64 (US 64) at Hamlet and runs east through several small communities to Searcy, where it serves as the Beebe-Capps Expressway, a major crosstown arterial roadway. Following a discontinuity at US 64/ US 67/ US 167 (future Interstate 57 -57, the highway continues east to Kensett as Wilbur D. Mills Avenue before state maintenance ends at the small community of Georgetown. This highway is maintained by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). One of the original 1926 Arkansas state highways, Highway 36 was established between Hamlet to Searcy largely along its modern alignment.
