The National Democratic Party ( es, Partido Demócrata Nacional, PDN) was a conservative political party in Argentina created in 1931. It was generally known simply as Conservative Party ( es, Partido Conservador). Along with the ''Antipersonalist'' Radical Civic Union (UCR-A) and the Independent Socialist Party (PSI) it was a part of the Concordancia, a coalition government that ruled between 1932 and 1943, a period of Argentine history known as the "Infamous Decade", characterised by massive voter fraud. Among its leading figures were Robustiano Patrón Costas, Julio Argentino Pascual Roca, Manuel Fresco and Rodolfo Moreno. Ramón S. The National Democratic Party of Liberia (NDPL) is a political party in Liberia. The NDPL was formed in August 1984 by supporters of Samuel Doe, who came to power in the 1980 coup d'état. The party contested the 1985 general election with Doe as its presidential candidate. He won 50.93% of the vote in an election marred by allegations of extensive irregularities and electoral fraud. The NDPL dominated both chambers of the Legislature, winning 21 of 26 seats in the Senate and 51 of 64 in the House of Representatives. The party's control of the country ended following the outbreak of the First Liberian Civil War in 1989 and the assassination of Doe in 1990. The party later contested the 1997 general election. The National Democratic Party ( ar, الحزب الوطني الديمقراطي, ''Hizb al Wataniyah al Dimuqratiyah'') is an Iraqi Secular political party. The party was founded after the 2003 invasion of Iraq, as several Iraqis, including Naseer al-Chaderchi, son of former leader Kamil al-Chaderchi, and Abdel Amir Abbud Rahima, sought to revive the historic National Democratic Party. The party ran in the 2005 Iraqi election and received 36,795 votes, sufficient to win one seat.
