Nation TV ( th, เนชั่นทีวี) is the first 24-hour news television channel in Thailand, owned by Nation TV Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nation Group. History Earlier History Nation TV launched in 2000 as Nation Channel ( th, เนชั่นแชนแนล) on United Broadcasting Corporation, UBC (now TrueVisions) platform on channel 8. On 1 May 2003, Nation Channel exited UBC and moved to Tai TV (TTV) platform, broadcast via Multichannel Multipoint Distribution Service, MMDS on channel 1. Digital Terrestrial Television On 27 December 2013, NBC Next Vision won the auction for a digital news channel on channel number 22. On 17 March 2014, the channel name was changed to Nation TV ( th, เนชั่นทีวี) and updated the logo to be more modern. TrueVisions is a cable and satellite television operator in Thailand. TrueVisions is owned by the True Corporation. Until February 2007, it was called the United Broadcasting Corporation (UBC), or UBC-True. Suthichai Yoon (born November 24, 1946) is an Thai journalist, television personality, and author. He is the primary anchor of the Thai PBS news show and former CEO of Nation Multimedia Group, founder and Editorial director of The Nation and many other news channels in Thailand such as iTV and Nation TV. Early life and family Suthichai was born in a poor Chinese-Thai family in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province, the mother's name Suichan Sae-fung. He is the brother of Thepchai Yong. He completed the primary school from Saengthong Vitthaya School. Then went to Assumption Commercial College for Secondary school. While attending school, he also worked at the Bangkok Post newspaper and Siamrath Daily. Future Forward Party
The Future Forward Party (FFP) ( th, พรรคอนาคตใหม่, , ; literally 'New Future Party') was a political party in Thailand founded in March 2018 by Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, former vice president of Thai Summit Group, and Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, a legal scholar. It was founded on a progressive platform that sought to restrain the military's power in Thai politics, decentralize the bureaucracy, and improve social and economic equality. 576i is a standard-definition television, standard-definition digital video mode, originally used for digitizing analog television in most countries of the world where the utility frequency for electric power distribution is 50 Hz.
