Nathan Shaw
Nathan Edward Shaw (born 22 November 2000) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Greenock Morton. Career In 2018, Shaw was part of the Blackpool squad that reached the FA Youth Cup semi-finals. In June 2019, Shaw signed a professional contract with the club. On 3 September 2019, Shaw made his debut for Blackpool in a 5–1 EFL Trophy win against Morecambe. On 19 February 2020, Shaw joined Bamber Bridge on loan for a month. Shaw scored on his debut for the club, grabbing the third in a 3–0 victory over F.C. United of Manchester. He would go on to appear in one more match before the season was ended due to the coronavirus pandemic. He went out on another loan, this time to AFC Fylde, in October 2020. The 2019–20 season was the 52nd season of the Northern Premier League. After one season, the two divisions of Division One were re-aligned from West and East to North West and South East. The League announced on 8 July 2019 that the new sponsors for 2019–20 were BetVictor. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this season's competition was formally abandoned on 26 March 2020, with all results from the season being expunged, and no promotion or relegation taking place to, from, or within the competition. On 30 March 2020, sixty-six non-league clubs sent an open letter to the Football Association requesting that they reconsider their decision. FA Trophy
The Football Association Challenge Trophy, commonly known as the FA Trophy, is a men's football knockout cup competition run by and named after the English Football Association and competed for primarily by semi-professional teams. The competition was instigated in 1969 to cater to those non-league clubs that paid their players and were therefore not eligible to enter the FA Amateur Cup.
