''Wake Up'' was an Australian breakfast television program produced by Network Ten. The show was hosted by Natarsha Belling and James Mathison. It aired weekday mornings from 6.30am to 8.30am, before Ten's morning talk show ''Studio 10''. ''Wake Up'', launched on 4 November 2013, was presented from Queenscliff Surf Club at Manly Beach in Sydney, with Nuala Hafner presenting national news updates from a glass studio at Federation Square in Melbourne. Due to poor ratings, the show was cancelled just six months after its debut, with the last episode airing 23 May 2014. TEN is Network 10's flagship station in Sydney. It was originally owned and operated by United Telecasters Sydney Limited (UTSL), and began transmission on 5 April 1965 with the highlight of the opening night being the variety special ''TV Spells Magic''. Lachlan Kennedy is an Australian journalist and news presenter. He is best known for his work at Network 10. After graduating from the Australian National University in 2007, he joined Southern Cross Ten in Canberra where he presented '' Southern Cross News'' updates for southern parts of New South Wales and Central Australia. In 2008, Kennedy moved over to WIN Television in Canberra where he worked on the local ''WIN News'' bulletin as the lead political reporter, sports presenter and chief of staff.
