Naseem Ahmed Kharal ( sd, نسيم کرل) (June 29, 1939 – July 14, 1978) was a Sindhi short story writer.Daily Dawn on July 15, 2003 He was born on June 29, 1939, in Kharalabad, Khairpur District of British India, what subsequently became Pakistan. Personal life Son of Abdul Kareem Kharal from District Khairpur, who was a landlord, Naseem was the eldest of all the seven siblings, four brothers and two sisters. He married his cousin, a daughter of Abdul Raheem Kharal, Chief Justice of Khairpur Mir's, and has six children. Sindhis ( sd, سنڌي Perso-Arabic: सिन्धी Devanagari; ) are an Indo-Aryan ethnic group who speak the Sindhi language and are native to the province of Sindh in Pakistan. After the partition of British Indian empire in 1947, many Sindhi Hindus and Sindhi Sikhs migrated to the newly independent Dominion of India and other parts of the world. Khairpur District ( sd, خيرپور ضلعو, ur, ) is a district in the Pakistani province of Sindh in Sukkur Division. At the 2017 census, it was the fifth most populated district in the province after four districts of Karachi city, with 2.4 million inhabitants. Khairpur, Pakistan
Khairpur( Sindhi and ur, ) is a city and the capital of the Khairpur District, in Pakistan's Sindh province. History The Talpur dynasty was established in 1783 by Mir Fateh Ali Khan, who declared himself the first ''Rais'', or ruler of Sindh, after defeating the Kalhoras at the Battle of Halani. The death of Mir Sohrab Khan Talpur, founder of the Khairpur branch abdicated power to his eldest son Mir Rustam 'Ali Khan, in 1811. Sindhi literature ( sd, سنڌي ادب), is the composition of oral and written scripts and texts in the Sindhi language in the form of prose: (romantic tales, and epic stores) and poetry: (Ghazal, Wai and Nazm). Sindhi Adabi Board is a government sponsored institution in Pakistan for the promotion of Sindhi literature. It was established in 1955 in Jamshoro, Sindh. It is under the Education Department of the Government of Sindh. Activities The organization has published Sindhi folklore, poetry, lexicography, archaeology and original literary works.
