Napoleon J. Nelson, Sr. is an American politician. He is a Democrat representing District 154 in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Early life Nelson attended Central High School and graduated in 1998. He then graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2007. Political career Nelson served as Board Director for the Cheltenham school district from 2011 to 2017, and became the Finance Officer for Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania in 2018. Stephen McCarter (born February 16, 1947) is a retired American educator and politician. He was a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 154th legislative district from 2012 until 2020.
