In the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield position whose primary role is to stop attacks during the game and prevent the opposition from scoring. FC Utrecht Vrouwen was the women's football section of Dutch club FC Utrecht based in Utrecht. The Suriname women's national football team is the national women's football team of Suriname and is overseen by the Surinaamse Voetbal Bond.
