The first release with Mizuki as a singer was the "Girl's Age" image song single in 1998 for the fictional character Chisato Kadokura from the ''NOëL'' video game series. Nana Mizuki
is a Japanese voice actress, singer and narrator from Niihama, Ehime. She is represented by the agency StarCrew. Mizuki was trained as an enka singer, releasing one single under her birth name, Nana Kondō, in 1993 and made her debut as a voice actress in 1996. It was released in two editions: a CD only edition and a limited CD+DVD edition. The first press of the album has a 44-page booklet. A limited CD+DVD edition of the album included a DVD of a concert at the Shinjuku Koma Theater on October 11, 2008. At the concert, she covered two enka songs: Fuyumi Sakamoto's "Yozakura Oshichi" and Mitsuko Nakamura's "Kawachi Otoko Bushi". The limited DVD included the two songs.
