Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2
is a 1996 product bundling, compilation arcade game developed and published by Namco. It is a collection of four of Namco's popular games: ''Pac-Man'' (1980), ''Rally-X'' (1980), ''New Rally-X'' (1981) and ''Dig Dug'' (1982). Alongside the original games, three new "Arrangement" games based on each game are included. It is a follow-up to ''Namco Classic Collection Vol. 1'', released in 1995. Overview ''Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2'' is a compilation of arcade games released by Namco with seven games in total (four re-released games and three original games). Games featured in this compilation are ''Pac-Man'', ''Rally-X'', ''New Rally-X'' (which is found in a selectable menu alongside ''Rally-X'') and ''Dig Dug''. Namco
was a Japanese multinational corporation, multinational video game and entertainment company, headquartered in Ōta, Tokyo. It held several international branches, including Namco America in Santa Clara, California, Namco Europe in London, Namco Taiwan in Kaohsiung, and Shanghai Namco in mainland China. Namco was founded by Masaya Nakamura (businessman), Masaya Nakamura on June 1, 1955, as beginning as an operator of coin-operated amusement rides. After reorganizing to Nakamura Seisakusho Co., Ltd. in 1959, a partnership with Walt Disney Productions provided the company with the resources to expand its operations. The (GBA) is a 32-bit handheld game console developed, manufactured and marketed by Nintendo as the successor to the Game Boy Color. It was released in Japan on March 21, 2001, in North America on June 11, 2001, in the PAL region on June 22, 2001, and in mainland China as iQue Game Boy Advance on June 8, 2004. The GBA is part of the sixth generation of video game consoles. The original model does not have an illuminated screen; Nintendo addressed that with the release of a redesigned model with a frontlight, frontlit screen, the Game Boy Advance SP, in 2003. ''Pac-Man Museum'' is a 2014 compilation title developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment under the Namco label. It is a compilation of 9 (10 if ''Ms. Pac-Man'' is counted) Pac-Man games, with additional features such as achievements and online leaderboards. It was released digitally on February 26, 2014, for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but was released on Steam and the North American PlayStation Store a day earlier (February 25, 2014). It was released in Japan for PS3 and Xbox 360 on June 25, 2014. Versions of the game for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U were announced and intended to release on the Nintendo eShop, but was cancelled due to "delayed development".
