''Najbolje godine'' ( en, The best years) is a Croatian television drama series produced by Nova TV, which aired for two seasons, from 2009 to 2011. The main directors were Mladen Dizdar, Robert Orhel, Goran Rukavina and Kristijan Milić. The series' Creative Producer was Milivoj Puhlovski. The TV series began airing on 14 September 2009 on Nova TV in Croatia. It aired on Mondays to Thursdays in the prime-time slot 8-9pm. It also aired in Bosnia and Hecegovina on "Program Plus" (shared channel by Kanal ATV and NTV HAYAT), in Slovenia on POP TV and in Serbia on TV B92. Filming Filming the first season began in July 2009. Due to its very high ratings, filming continued for a second season. The series had a main cast of 20 actors. The story takes place in a fictional village called Dragošje, located in the Slavonia region of Croatia. Sixty percent of filming was exterior, in Eko Selo, Žumberak, Croatia. Ljubomir Kerekeš
Ljubomir Kerekeš (born 16 January 1960) is a Croatian film, theatre and television actor. Life and work Kerekeš began acting in 1980 in his hometown of Varaždin and between 1982 and 1996 was a member of the theatre ensemble at the Croatian National Theatre in Varaždin. Stjepan Perić (; born 1 March 1983) is a Croatian actor. Biography After finishing high school, Perić studied law at the University of Zagreb. In 2003, he quit law to pursue a career as an actor. Leona Paraminski (born 22 August 1979) is a Croatian film, theater and television actress. She grew up in Vrbovec, a town near Zagreb, and spent time traveling around Croatia and Germany as a child. Žarko Potočnjak (3 February 1946 – 21 October 2021) was a Croatian theatre, television and film actor. Potočnjak graduated from the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Art in 1972. Upon graduation he was hired as a regular member at the ''Komedija'' and '' Gavella'' theatres in Zagreb, and since 1994 he has been a member of cast at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb. Luka Juričić (born 25 November 1983) is a Croatian actor, director and author. Juričić debuted alongside fellow Pula actress Jadranka Đokić in '' Šverceri hlapić'' (1999) which he also directed.
