Nahuel Quiroga
Mario Nahuel Quiroga (born 5 August 1991) is an Argentine professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Defender (association football), defender for Club Atlético Colegiales (Argentina), Colegiales. Career Quiroga started his youth career with local club Jorge Newbery de Rojas, prior to a seven-year spell with El Huracan. Further periods with San Lorenzo de Almagro, San Lorenzo, Club Atlético Lanús, Lanús and Academia Griffa followed before he joined Club Atlético Sarmiento, Sarmiento in 2009; he was promoted into the senior squad soon after. In 2012, Quiroga was loaned to Torneo Argentino C's Club Atlético Villa Belgrano, Villa Belgrano for two seasons. He returned to Primera B Nacional side Sarmiento for 2013–14 Primera B Nacional, 2013–14, a season which yielded one goal in ten matches. In July 2014, Rosario Central signed Quiroga. Primera B Metropolitana is one of two professional leagues that form the third level of the Argentine football league system. The division is made up of 17 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area, Greater Buenos Aires. Originally created as the second division, it became the third level after a restructuring of the system in 1985 that ended with the creation of Primera B Nacional, set as the second division since then. The 2016 Argentine Primera B Nacional was the 31st season of the Argentine second division. The season began in January and ended in July. Twenty-two teams competed in the league, sixteen returning from the 2015 season, two teams that were relegated from Primera División and four teams promoted from Federal A and B Metropolitana. The 2016–17 Argentine Primera División – Torneo de la Independencia was the 127th season of top-flight professional football in Argentina. The tournament was named in commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the Independence of Argentina. The season began on August 26, 2016 and ended on June 27, 2017.
