Nacho González (footballer, Born 1971)
Ignacio 'Nacho' Carlos González Cavallo (born 17 December 1971) is an Argentine retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career Born in SarandÃ, Buenos Aires, González started his professional career in 1991 with Racing Club de Avellaneda, where he spent six seasons in the Argentine Primera División. Towards the end of his time with the club, he earned a reputation as an excellent penalty taker. In 1997, González joined Newell's Old Boys of Rosario and, the following year, moved to Spain's UD Las Palmas. After being backup in his first season, spent in Segunda División, and serving a loan in Mexico with C.F. Pachuca (being part of the squad that won the Invierno 1999 tournament), he became the starter, scoring four goals in the 2001–02 campaign but with the Canary Islands team being relegated from La Liga, with the keeper finding the net through penalties. SarandÃ, Buenos Aires
Sarandà () is a city in the Avellaneda Partido of the urban agglomeration of Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is located to the south of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The city has an area of and a population of 60,752 inhabitants (INDEC, 2001); the second most populated locality in the ''partido'' after Avellaneda, with 18.5% of the partido's population. 1997 Copa América
Bolivia hosted the Copa América for the second time in its 38th edition. It was held from 11 to 29 June. It was organized by CONMEBOL, South America's football governing body. There is no qualifying for the final tournament. All South American countries (10 countries) participate, along with two more invited countries, making a total of 12 teams competing in the tournament. In the 1997 edition, Costa Rica and Mexico were the invitees. In association football, the referee is the person responsible for interpreting and enforcing the Laws of the Game during a match. The referee is the final decision-making authority on all facts connected with play, and is the match official with the authority to start and stop play and impose disciplinary action against players and coaches during a match. At most levels of play the referee is assisted by two assistant referees (formerly known as linesmen), who advise the referee on whether the ball leaves the playing area and any infringements of the Laws of the Game occurring outside of the view of the referee. Enrique Osses
Enrique Roberto Osses Zencovic (born May 26, 1974) is a football referee from Chile for Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Chile (ANFP) and CONMEBOL. Osses has officiated international matches which include the 2011 Copa América, Copa Sudamericana, Copa Libertadores, 2010 and 2014 South American World Cup qualifiers, and the 2009 South American Youth Championship. In 2005, he sent off 21 players in 16 league games. During a 2005 match that faced San Felipe against Unión Española, the latter's goalkeeper Ignacio González received his second yellow card, and consequently a red card. Upset by this, González brought Osses to the ground after hitting him in the face. Afterwards the player was held in police custody for two hours. In sports, an ejection (also known as dismissal, sending-off, disqualification, or early shower) is the removal of a participant from a contest due to a violation of the sport's rules. Unión San Felipe is a Chilean Football club, their hometown is San Felipe in the V Región of ValparaÃso. They play in the second level of the Chilean football league, the Primera B.
