Naaldwijk
Naaldwijk () is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Westland, and lies about 10 km (6 miles) southwest of The Hague. Naaldwijk lies in the heart of Westland. The largest economic sector is greenhouse horticulture. The largest flower auction site in the world, operated by , can be found in the nearby village of Honselersdijk. Naaldwijk was previously a municipality in its own right, covering an area of 25.33 km2 (9¾ sq. mi.) (of which 0.23 km2; 57 acres water). It included the towns Honselersdijk and Maasdijk. Westland () is a municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. It covers an area of of which is covered by water and had a population of in . Towns and other settlements: De Lier, 's-Gravenzande, Monster, Naaldwijk, Wateringen, Heenweg, Honselersdijk, Kwintsheul, Maasdijk, Poeldijk, and Ter Heijde. De Lier
De Lier () is a village in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Westland. Geography De Lier lies about 5 km north of Maassluis, and is about below sea level. The village got its name from the name of an old river called . History De Lier used to be a separate municipality. On 26 March 1963, it was granted its own coat of arms, and on 14 April 1965, it adopted the flag it has today. On 1 January 2004, it merged with Naaldwijk, 's-Gravenzande, Monster, and Wateringen to form the municipality of Westland. The former municipality covered an area of 8.93 square kilometres.
