''NTS Sessions 1–4'' (also known as ''NTS Sessions'') is the thirteenth studio album by British electronic music duo Autechre, released by Warp on 26 April 2018. The album was announced on 9 April, and consists of original music comprising Autechre's April 2018 residency for NTS Radio, which was announced the week before, on 3 April 2018. The album was subsequently released in both digital and physical formats. Containing eight hours of music, ''NTS Sessions 1–4'' is the longest Autechre release to date. The album was met with critical acclaim. Release and promotion On 3 April 2018, the band announced a four-week residency on the online station NTS Radio, the broadcasts for which would occur on the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of that month at 4:00 PM GMT +1. Exact Editions is an integrated content management platform for magazine and book publishers. It was launched in 2005 by Adam Hodgkin, Daryl Rayner and Tim Bruce. The platform expanded from a web-based subscription service into developing branded iOS apps for Apple’s Newsstand. These use the freemium model, offering subscriptions via an in-app purchase. They allow users to sync issues for offline use, share app content via social media and email, and bookmark pages to return to. Its website launched in 1997, and an online archive of its entire back catalog became available to subscribers in 2013. Originally, ''The Wire'' covered the British jazz scene with an emphasis on avant-garde and free jazz. AllMusic (previously known as All Music Guide and AMG) is an American online music database. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. Initiated in 1991, the database was first made available on the Internet in 1994. AllMusic is owned by RhythmOne. History AllMusic was launched as ''All Music Guide'' by Michael Erlewine, a "compulsive archivist, noted astrologer, Buddhist scholar and musician". ''Exai'' is the eleventh album by electronic music duo Autechre, released on Warp Records. The double album was released in digital form on 7 February 2013, with double CD and quadruple vinyl versions released on 5 March 2013. At the time of its release, ''Exai'' was Autechre's longest album to date. Like many other Autechre albums, ''Exai'' was followed a few months later by a companion EP entitled '' L-event''. The tracks, all from the same sessions, were conceived of as a series of 12" vinyl records, during which ''L-event'' ultimately "became a separate entity" that the duo sees as "interchangeable" with the 12"'s that comprise ''Exai''. Artwork and Title ''Exai'' (and companion EP ''L-event'') features album artwork by The Designers Republic. ''Pitchfork'' (formerly ''Pitchfork Media'') is an American online music publication (currently owned by Condé Nast) that was launched in 1995 by writer Ryan Schreiber as an independent music blog. Schreiber started Pitchfork while working at a record store in suburban Minneapolis, and the website earned a reputation for its extensive coverage of indie rock music. The compact disc (CD) is a Digital media, digital optical disc data storage format that was co-developed by Philips and Sony to store and play digital audio recordings.
