Nadi Riadi Baladiate Touggourt ( ar, النادي الرياضي لبلدية تقرت‎), known as NRB Touggourt or simply NRBT for short, is an Algerian football club located in Touggourt, Algeria. Inter-Régions Division (also known as ''Ligue Inter-Régions de football'') is the third-highest division overall in the Algerian football league system. The division has six groups based on the region of the country, which are East, West and Centre-East, Centre-West, South-east and South-west each containing 16 teams from their respective regions. Each year the first from each group are promoted to the Ligue 2, runs by the Ligue Nationale du Football Amateur and the last three clubs from each group are relegated to the Ligue Régional I Ligue Régional I is the fourth-highest division in the Algerian football league system. Touggourt ( ar, ﺗﻗﺮت or تڤرت; ber, ⵜⵓⴳⵓⵔⵜ, Tugurt, lit=the gateway or 'the gate') is a city and commune, former sultanate and capital of Touggourt District, in Touggourt Province, Algeria, built next to an oasis in the Sahara. As of the 2008 census, the commune had a population of 39,409 people, up from 32,940 in 1998, and an annual growth rate of 1.8%. Touggourt's urban area includes the communes of Nezla, Tebesbest and Zaouia El Abidia, for a total population of 146,108. Touggourt is notable for its date trees.
