NJPW Showdown
New Japan Showdown was a two-day professional wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). The event took place on November 9, 2019 at the San Jose Civic in San Jose, California and on November 11, 2019 at the Globe Theater in Los Angeles, California. The San Jose show was broadcast live on NJPW World, while the Los Angeles show was later available to on-demand viewing. New Japan Pro-Wrestling
(NJPW) is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion based in Nakano, Tokyo. Founded on January 13, 1972, by Antonio Inoki, the promotion was sold to Yuke's, who later sold it to Bushiroad in 2012. TV Asahi and Amuse, Inc. own minority shares of the company. Naoki Sugabayashi has served as the promotion's Chairman since September 2013, while Takami Ohbari has served as the president of the promotion since October 2020. Owing to its TV program aired on TV Asahi, NJPW is the largest and longest-running professional wrestling promotion in Japan. Aaron Solow is an American professional wrestler. He is currently working for the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is part of The Factory stable, using the ring name Aaron Solo. Professional wrestling career Solo made his debut on the independent circuit in California, notably Big Time Wrestling. On July 16, 2015 he wrestled Tyler Breeze at WWE NXT. Much like the singles match, tag team professional wrestling matches can and have taken many forms. Just about any singles or melee match type can be adapted to tag teams; for example, hardcore tag team matches are commonplace. Tag team ladder match and variations are also frequently used as a title feud blow-off match. Stipulations, such as " I quit" or " loser leaves town" may also be applied. Tetsuya Bushi
, better known by the ring name Bushi (stylized as BUSHI), is a Japanese professional wrestler, currently signed to New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). Prior to adopting his current persona, Shimizu worked under the ring names T28 (pronounced 'Tetsuya'), Tetsuya, and Tetsuya Bushi in All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW). Los Ingobernables De Japón
(Spanish for "The Ungovernables of Japan" and often spelled without the accent as ''Los Ingobernables de Japon'' in English-speaking countries), also shortened to ''L.I.J.'', is a Japanese professional wrestling stable, based in the New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotion and led by Tetsuya Naito.
