''NHL Blades of Steel '99'', known as ''NHL Pro 99'' in Europe, is an ice hockey game for Nintendo 64 and Game Boy Color (as ''NHL Blades of Steel''). The N64 version has Controller Pak and Rumble Pak support. ''NHL Blades of Steel '99'' is the second game in the ''Blades of Steel'' series following ''Blades of Steel'' for the NES. The third and last game in the series, ''NHL Blades of Steel 2000'', was released for the PlayStation. Jaromír Jágr
Jaromír Jágr (; born 15 February 1972) is a Czech professional ice hockey right winger for and the owner of Rytíři Kladno of the Czech Extraliga (ELH). He previously played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Washington Capitals, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Dallas Stars, Boston Bruins, New Jersey Devils, Florida Panthers and Calgary Flames, serving as captain of the Penguins and the Rangers, between 1990 and 2018. GameRankings was a video gaming review aggregator that was founded in 1999 and owned by CBS Interactive. It indexed over 315,000 articles relating to more than 14,500 video games. GameRankings was discontinued in December 2019, with its staff being merged with the similar aggregator Metacritic. Rankings GameRankings collected and linked to (but did not host) reviews from other websites and magazines and averages specific ones. While hundreds of reviews may get listed, only the ones that GameRankings deemed notable were used for the average. Scores were culled from numerous American and European sources. The site used a percentage grade for all reviews in order to be able to calculate an average.
