Nebraska Highway 50
Nebraska Highway 50 (N-50) is a north–south highway in the state of Nebraska. The southern terminus is at the Nebraska-Kansas border near Du Bois. The northern terminus is in the Millard neighborhood of Omaha at an intersection with U.S. Highway 275 (US 275) and N-92. It is a two lane highway except for the section from Springfield north to the southern edge of the Millard neighborhood in Omaha, which is a divided highway. Route description N-50 begins at the Kansas border south of Du Bois. The highway extends into Kansas as K-63. It runs through farmland, passes through Du Bois, and meets N-8. The two highways overlap, first by going north and then by going west, into Pawnee City. In Pawnee City, the overlap with N-8 ends and a new one with N-65 begins. N-50 National Highway
The National Highway 50 () or the N-50 is one of Pakistan National Highway running from city of D.I.Khan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the town of Kuchlak near Quetta via Zhob in Baluchistan, Pakistan. Its total length is 531 km divided into 143 km in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the remaining 388 km in the Baluchistan, Pakistan. It is maintained and operated by Pakistan's National Highway Authority. On 30 Jan 2014, Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the Qila Saifullah to Zhob part of the highway. N50 Road (Ireland)
The M50 motorway ( ga, Mótarbhealach M50) is a C-shaped orbital motorway in Dublin and the busiest motorway in Ireland. The current route was built in various sections over the course of 27 years, from 1983 to 2010. It begins at Dublin Port, running northward through the Dublin Port Tunnel and along a portion of the Airport Motorway. It then turns west at its junction with the M1, circling the northern, western and southern suburbs of Dublin, before merging with the M11 at Shankill in South East Dublin. The road forms part of European route E01. An orbital motorway for Dublin was first proposed in the Dublin Transportation Study of 1971. Construction began on the first section, the Western Parkway (J6-J11) in 1987, and opened to traffic in 1990. N50 Road (Netherlands)
N50, partially known as Rijksweg 50 and Rijksweg 838, is a road connecting Rijksweg 6 (A6) in Emmeloord with A50 and A28 / European route E232 (E 232) at the Hattemerbroek interchange in Zwolle. The road is maintained by Rijkswaterstaat. Route description N50 starts at the Hattemerbroek interchange and travels to the north–west. A railroad runs parallel to the road until Kampen. Just before exit 31, the road passes over a bridge. This bridge has been constructed because a river will be flowing under it in the near future. The road runs along Kampen, and just before traveling across river IJssel using the Eilandbrug, there is an incomplete exit, exit 32a, created for trucks to serve the industrial area of Kampen. N50 (Long Island Bus)
The following bus routes are operated in Nassau County, New York. Most of these routes are operated under Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE), formerly MTA Long Island Bus, except in Greater Long Beach, where that city operates its own bus service through Long Beach Bus. Some of them are the direct descendants of streetcar lines (see List of streetcar lines on Long Island and in Queens), and most were previously privately operated prior to 1973. These routes are designated on the buses, bus stop signs, and timetables with a lowercase "n". Previously, the routes were designated with an uppercase "N", akin to routes in bus systems surrounding the area. Gaagudju (also spelt Gagadu, Gaguju, and Kakadu) is an Australian Aboriginal language spoken in the environs of Kakadu National Park, in Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, Australia. Country and status Explorer Baldwin Spencer incorrectly ascribed the name "Kakadu tribe" to all of the people living in the Alligator Rivers area, but Gaagudju was confined to the plains South and East Alligator Rivers. The language is classed as extinct, since its last fluent speaker, Big Bill Neidjie, died on 23 May 2002; AUSTLANG's sources recorded no speakers between 1975 and 2016. Li Calzi Airport was a privately owned, public-use airport located two nautical miles (2.3 mi, 3.7 km) south of the central business district of Bridgeton, a city in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. N50 Statistic
In computational biology, N50 and L50 are statistics of a set of contig or scaffold lengths. The ''N50'' is similar to a mean or median of lengths, but has greater weight given to the longer contigs. It is used widely in genome assembly, especially in reference to contig lengths within a draft assembly. There are also the related U50, UL50, UG50, UG50%, N90, NG50, and D50 statistics. To provide a better assessment of assembly output for viral and microbial datasets, a new metric called U50 should be used. The ''U50'' identifies unique, target-specific contigs by using a reference genome as baseline, aiming at circumventing some limitations that are inherent to the ''N50'' metric. The use of the ''U50'' metric allows for a more accurate measure of assembly performance by analyzing only the unique, non-overlapping contigs. The Nissan Xterra is a truck-based compact SUV manufactured and marketed by Nissan from 1999–2015 across two generations; the first (1999–2004) sharing a platform as well as front bumper, hood, A-pillar, windshield and front doors with the Nissan Frontier pickup – and the second (2005–2015) also sharing its platform with the Frontier.
