Myles Antony Ryan and Connor Jerrade Ryan (born 19 October 1995) are a British musical duo and television presenters from Manchester, England who are best known for appearing on the fourth series of ITV's show Britain's Got Talent as part of the boyband 'Connected'. History 2010: Britain's Got Talent The twins auditioned as 'Connected' on the fourth series of ITV reality show Britain's Got Talent in early 2010, along with Harry & Max Mondryk and Matthew Fitzgerald. For their audition, they sang I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys. While they received positive feedback from judges Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell criticized the band for looking 'out-dated' and claimed that they shouldn't have tried to impersonate the band. It is owned and operated by That's TV and broadcasts on Freeview channel 7 from studios at The Flint Glass Works in the Ancoats suburb of Manchester. Blackpool Illuminations is an annual Illuminations (festival), lights festival, founded in 1879 and first switched on 18 September that year, held each autumn in the British seaside resort of Blackpool on the The Fylde, Fylde Coast in Lancashire. Queen (band)
Queen are a British rock band formed in London in 1970 by Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (guitar, vocals) and Roger Taylor (drums, vocals), later joined by John Deacon (bass). Their earliest works were influenced by progressive rock, hard rock and heavy metal, but the band gradually ventured into more conventional and radio-friendly works by incorporating further styles, such as arena rock and pop rock. Before forming Queen, May and Taylor had played together in the band Smile. Mercury was a fan of Smile and encouraged them to experiment with more elaborate stage and recording techniques.
