Mylan Classic
The Mylan Classic was a golf tournament on the Web.com Tour. It was played for the first time in September 2010 at Southpointe Golf Club in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh. The title sponsor was Mylan, a pharmaceuticals company based in Canonsburg. Beginning in 2013, the tournament will invite top collegiate players to the event as the Nationwide Children's Hospital Invitational had done from 2007 to 2012. Canonsburg, Pennsylvania
Canonsburg is a Borough (Pennsylvania), borough in Washington County, Pennsylvania, southwest of Pittsburgh. Canonsburg was laid out by Colonel John Canon in 1789 and incorporated in 1802. The population was 9,735 at the 2020 census. The town lies in a rich coal district, and most of the town's work force once worked in local steel mills or coal mining, coal mines. Robert Streb
Robert Streb (born April 7, 1987) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour where he has been a member since 2013. Streb was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, and earned All-American honors while playing collegiate golf at Kansas State University. He graduated in 2009 and subsequently turned professional. He is noted as a user of the ten-finger grip, which is unusual on the PGA Tour. Professional career Streb played on the NGA Pro Golf Tour in 2010 and 2011 and the Web.com Tour in 2012. He won his first title on the Web.com Tour at the Mylan Classic in September, and finished T-3 at the BMW Charity Pro-Am and T-4 at the South Georgia Classic. The 2010 Nationwide Tour was the 21st Nationwide Tour season. It ran from January 28 to October 31. The season consisted of 29 official money golf tournaments; six of which were played outside of the United States. John Mallinger
John Charles Mallinger (born September 25, 1979) is an American professional golfer. Early life Mallinger was born in Escondido, California, and is the youngest of four children. He graduated from Escondido High School. Amateur career Mallinger attended California State University, Long Beach. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the university. Professional career Early in his professional career, Mallinger played on the minitours and developmental tours. Before playing on the PGA Tour, Mallinger won two events on the NGA Hooters Tour. Gary John Christian (born 7 August 1971) is an English professional golfer who has played on the Web.com Tour and the PGA Tour. Christian was born in Carshalton, England. As a junior, he played golf at Addington Palace Golf Club, England. He played college golf at Auburn University and turned professional in 1997. Christian was a member of the Nationwide Tour in 1999 and has been a member since 2006.
