Mut (political Party)
Mut (transl. ''courage'') is a German political party founded in June 2017 by Claudia Stamm and Stephan Lessenich. History Since 2009, Stamm has been associated with the Alliance 90/The Greens, Greens as a Member of Parliament. She resigned in March 2017 and formed Mut on 1 June 2017 with Lessenich and others. Mut is a federal party and is based in Munich. Apart from Stamm and Lessenich, the board members include Nicole Britz and Alex Schweiger, the treasurer. Britz is the former Chairman of the Pirate Party of Bavaria. Other known members of the political party are Renate Ackermann and Matthias Matuschik. It is the youngest political party to participate in the 2018 Bavarian state election, Bavarian state elections of 2018. Initially, the party had problems finding eligible candidates to contest in the election but they fulfilled the requirement. Among 44 out of 91 constituencies, Mut party had direct candidates. Precinct Of Mut
The Precinct of Mut is an Ancient Egyptian temple compound located in the present city of Luxor (ancient Thebes), on the east bank of the Nile in South Karnak. The compound is one of the four key ancient temples that creates the Karnak Temple Complex. It is approximately 325 meters (1,066 feet) south of the precinct of the god Amun. The precinct itself encompasses approximately 90,000 square meters (968,751 square feet) of the entire area. The Mut Precinct contains at least six temples: the Mut Temple, the Contra Temple, and Temples A, B, C, and D. Surrounding the Mut Temple proper, on three sides, is a sacred lake called the Isheru. To the south of the sacred lake is a vast amount of land currently being excavated by Dr. Betsy Bryan and her team from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Mut, Mersin
Mut is a town and district of Mersin Province in the Mediterranean region of Turkey. Mut is a rural district at the foot of the Sertavul Pass on the road over the Taurus Mountains from Ankara and Konya to the Mediterranean coast at Anamur or Silifke. Mut is known for its special apricot variety, ''Mut şekerparesi'', and a statue of a girl carrying a basket of them stands at the entrance to the town. The summer is hot and the people of Mut retreat to high meadows (so called yayla) even further up the mountainside. The forests up here are home to wild boar, and the Gezende reservoir on the Ermenek River is a welcome patch of blue in this dry district. The dam has a hydro-electric power station built in Romania. Mut Castle is a castle in Mut, Mersin, Mut, Mersin Province, Turkey. Geography The castle is in mid town at about . Laal Pasha Mosque is to the east and intercity bus terminal is to the north east. State road D.715 (Turkey), Highway 715, which connects Mersin to Karaman and Konya is northeast of the castle at a distance of about . History The neighbourhood surrounding the castle during the Roman Empire was known as ''Claudiupolis''. According to unconfirmed reports Claudiupolis may be even older than the Roman Empire (up to Hittites). Although the building date of the castle is unknown, it is known that the castle had been used during the Byzantine Empire period. In 1225 the Sultanate of Rum under Kayqubad I captured the castle and rebuilt it. (Mut was frequently used as a co-capital of Karamanids). In 1473, the castle was captured by the Ottoman Empire. Mut Wind Farm
Mut Wind Farm is a wind power plant consisting of eleven wind turbines situated on Mt. Magras in Özlü in the Mut district of Mersin Province in southern Turkey. The wind farm went into service in 2010. Geography The farm is constructed on Mount Magras, a part of Toros Mountains range to the north of Mut district in Mersin Province. Mount Magras is actually the top of a canyon to the south of Göksu River valley and the town of Göksu. The wind turbines are erected just to the northeast of the village Özlü and the farm is sometimes called the Özlü Wind Farm. Technical details There are eleven turbines each high with rotor diameter of . Maximum power output of each turbine is 3 MW and the total annual energy production is about 100 MWh. The energy is fed to Gezende Dam situated about southwest of Mut wind farm. Methylmalonyl-CoA mutase (, MCM), mitochondrial, also known as methylmalonyl-CoA isomerase, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ''MUT'' gene. This vitamin B12-dependent enzyme catalyzes the isomerization of methylmalonyl-CoA to succinyl-CoA in humans. Mutations in ''MUT'' gene may lead to various types of methylmalonic aciduria.
