Munir Khan Orakzai
Munir Khan Orakzai (1959/1960 - 2 June 2020) was a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since August 2018, and Ex parliamentary leader of FATA and a senior was member of the National Assembly from 2002 to 2013. Political career Orakzai was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan from Constituency NA-38 (Tribal Area-III) as an independent candidate in 2002 Pakistani general election. He received 6,619 votes and defeated an independent candidate, Gul Manan. He was re-elected to the National Assembly from Constituency NA-38 (Tribal Area-III) as an independent candidate in 2008 Pakistani general election. He received 16,525 votes and defeated an independent candidate, Akhunzada Obaidullah Sharif. He was the member of 18th Amendment. Myocardial Infarction
A myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack, occurs when blood flow decreases or stops to the coronary artery of the heart, causing damage to the heart muscle. The most common symptom is chest pain or discomfort which may travel into the shoulder, arm, back, neck or jaw. Often it occurs in the center or left side of the chest and lasts for more than a few minutes. The discomfort may occasionally feel like heartburn. Other symptoms may include shortness of breath, nausea, feeling faint, a cold sweat or feeling tired. About 30% of people have atypical symptoms. Women more often present without chest pain and instead have neck pain, arm pain or feel tired. Among those over 75 years old, about 5% have had an MI with little or no history of symptoms.
