Mumm-Ra
Mumm-Ra is a fictional supervillain and the main antagonist of the '' ThunderCats'' franchise. He is an undead evil sorcerer bound to the servitude of four malevolent, godlike entities known as the Ancient Spirits of Evil. Native to the planet of Third Earth, Mumm-Ra's goal is to destroy the ThunderCats and ensure his world remains under his control. 1985 series During development of the show, while the creators were looking for various names for the main villain character, nothing sounded "evil" enough; not until Haim Saban suggested to use Mummia Raa (מומי רעה – "A Bad Mummy" in Hebrew). ''ThunderCats'' is an animated television series, developed by Ethan Spaulding and Michael Jelenic for Cartoon Network. ''ThunderCats Roar'' is an American animated television series developed by Victor Courtright and Marly Halpern-Graser for Cartoon Network. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, it premiered on February 22, 2020. It is the third television series in the '' ThunderCats'' franchise after the original series and the 2011 television series. Erwin Saul Hamburger (June 17, 1921 – May 19, 2002), known professionally as Earl Hammond, was an American actor, who has appeared in several films and television series.
