Mujhe Insaaf Chahiye
''Mujhe Insaaf Chahiye'' () is an Indian Hindi-language film directed by T. Rama Rao, produced by D. V. S. Raju released in 1983. The film stars Mithun Chakraborty, Rati Agnihotri, Rekha, Ranjeeta, Danny Denzongpa in pivotal roles. The film was a remake of the Telugu film ''Nyayam Kavali''. The movie portrayed the social issue of single parenthood, as similarly done in Kundan Shah's 2000 film ''Kya Kehna''. Plot Malti (Rati Agnihotri), a young girl from a middle-class family meets Suresh Rai (Mithun Chakraborty), who is the son of a well-known lawyer Dayashankar Rai (Danny Denzongpa). After dating each other for some time, she finds that she is pregnant. When Suresh refuses to marry Malti and she decides against aborting the baby, her parents throw her out and disown her. Mithun Chakraborty
Mithun Chakraborty (born Gouranga Chakraborty; 16 June 1950) is an Indian actor, producer and politician who predominantly worked in Hindi and Bengali language films. He is a former Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament. He is the recipient of three National Film Awards and two Filmfare Awards for his acting performance. Chakraborty made his acting debut with the art house drama ''Mrigayaa'' (1976), for which he won his first National Film Award for Best Actor. Shubha Balsavar (''née'' Khote) is an Indian film and television actress who has worked in several Hindi-language and few Marathi-language films. She is also a former women's national champion in swimming and cycling. Early life and education Shubha Khote was born into a Marathi-Konkani family, the daughter of noted Marathi theatre personality Nandu Khote by his wife, a Konkani lady from Mangalore in Karnataka. Shailendra Singh is an Indian playback singer and actor. He sang several Hindi and a few Marathi songs during the late 1970s and early 1980s. He was very close to Mehmood Ali.
