Mount Lunxhëri is a mountain in southern Albania in the geographical region of Southern Albanian Highlands. Southern Albanian Highlands
The Southern Mountain Range ( sq, Krahina Malore Jugore) is a physiogeographical region in southern Albania. It is defined by high mountains and few valleys and plains between them. It is also one of the four geographical areas of Albania, the others being the Northern Mountain Range (the Albanian part of the Prokletije), the Western Lowlands ( sq, Ultësira Bregdetare), and the Central Mountain Range ( sq, Krahina Malore Qendrore). The range notably includes two mountain chains: the Trebeshinë- Dhëmbel- Nemërçkë and Shëndelli- Lunxhëri- Bureto. It also includes the Tomorr in its northern part, and the Ceraunian Mountains with its summit Çika in the west, two mountains which are close to the Llogara National Park. Drino
The Drino or Drinos ( sq, Drino, el, Δρίνος) is a river in southern Albania and northwestern Greece, tributary of the Vjosë. Its source is in the northwestern part of the Ioannina regional unit, near the village Delvinaki. It flows initially southwest, then northwest and crosses the Albanian border near Ktismata. It continues northwest through Gjirokastër and flows into the Vjosë near Tepelenë. Name The Albanian name of the river is ''Drino'' and the Greek name is Δρίνος, ''Drinos''. Gjirokastër
Gjirokastër (, sq-definite, Gjirokastra) is a city in the Republic of Albania and the seat of Gjirokastër County and Gjirokastër Municipality. It is located in a valley between the Gjerë mountains and the Drino, at 300 metres above sea level. Its old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, described as "a rare example of a well-preserved Ottoman town, built by farmers of large estate". The city is overlooked by Gjirokastër Fortress, where the Gjirokastër National Folklore Festival is held every five years. Zagori, Albania
Zagoria ( rup, Zaguria or ) is a former municipality in the Gjirokastër County, southern Albania. During the 2015 local government reform, Zagoria became a subdivision of the municipality Libohovë. The population at the 2011 census was 411. Since 2018, the region is at the centre of the expanded Zagoria Nature Park. Zagoria is also considered to be a distinct "ethnographic region" (Albanian: ''krahina etnografike''), traditionally consisting of 10 settlements: Sheper, Nivan, Ndëran, Topovë, Konckë, Hoshteve, Lliar, Vithuq, Doshnicë and Zhej.
