Ostróda
Ostróda (; Old Prussian: ''Austrāti'') is a town in northern Poland, in the historic region of Masuria. It is the seat of the Ostróda County within the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and has approximately 33,191 inhabitants (2009). Ostróda is the largest town in the western part of Masuria, and the second largest in all of Masuria after Ełk. Łukta (german: Locken) is a village in Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Łukta. It lies approximately north-east of Ostróda and west of the regional capital Olsztyn. The village has a population of 1,000. It lies on the river Łukta. The village is the location of a local road junction, where three voivodeship roads meet: the 527, 530 and 531. From 1975 to 1998 Łukta was in Olsztyn Voivodeship.
