''Moriagaro'' (stylized as MORIAGARO) (, "Let's Get Down") is the tenth studio album by Japanese-American singer-songwriter Ai, released on July 17, 2013 by EMI Records Japan and Universal Music Group. The album marked her first and only release under EMI Records Japan following Universal's purchase of EMI's music operations prior to its rebranding as EMI Records in 2014. Musically, ''Moriagaro'' expands on the dance-pop sound found on Ai's previous studio album, ''Independent'', with R&B and hip hop sensibilities. Alongside long-time collaborator Uta, Ai worked with various American producers. On November 20, 2013, the album was reissued as '' Motto Moriagaro''. ''Motto Moriagaro'' (stylized in Letter case, caps) is a reissue of Japanese–American singer-songwriter Ai (singer), Ai's tenth studio album, ''Moriagaro'' (2013). It was released on November 20, 2013, by EMI Records Japan, four months after the original album. The reissue features two new songs, including promotional single "Run Free" featuring Miliyah Kato and Verbal (rapper), Verbal, two remixes and a piano version of "Dear Mama (Ai song), Dear Mama". For physical release, a second disc includes special DJ mixes by DJ Hirakatsu. Background and release Ai previously released her tenth studio album, ''Moriagaro'', in June 2013. In October 2013 it was revealed the album would be reissued, titled ''Motto Moriagaro''. Two of the bonus tracks previously were used in TV commercials prior to the release of the album reissue. , known mononymously as Ai (, stylized as AI or A.I. ), is a Japanese-American singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, spokeswoman, and actress. Born in Los Angeles, California, Ai moved to Kagoshima, at age 4. Motivated to become a singer, Ai returned to Los Angeles, attending the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. While in Los Angeles, Ai began her musical career performing as part of a gospel choir at a Mary J. Blige concert and as a dancer for Janet Jackson's music video, "Go Deep". "Dear Mama" is a song written and recorded by Japanese-American singer-songwriter Ai. It was released on April 17, 2013, through EMI Records Japan as the second single from Ai's tenth studio album, '' Moriagaro''. The song was used by the Lotte Corporation for commercial campaigns in Japan. Upon its release, "Dear Mama" peaked at number 6 on the ''Billboard Japan'' Hot 100, becoming her sixth single to chart in the top ten of the Japan Hot 100. "Voice" is a song written and recorded by Japanese-American singer-songwriter Ai, released February 13, 2013, by EMI Music Japan. Produced by Uta and Ai, the song served as the theme song for the Japanese drama '' Yakō Kanransha''. Upon its release, "Voice" became one of Ai's best selling singles of the 2010s, peaking at number 2 on the ''Billboard Japan'' Hot 100 chart and number 13 on the Oricon Singles Chart. ''Independent'' (stylized in caps) is the ninth studio album by Japanese-American singer-songwriter Ai, released on February 22, 2012 by EMI Music Japan. It served as Ai's international debut following a global publishing deal with EMI. The Exclusives (formerly Move Sumthin Productions) are an American/Canadian R&B/pop/hip hop songwriting and production team from Miami, Florida, consisting of Sean "Pen" McMillion and Ralph "Vintage" Jeanty.
