Moreira Chonguiça
Moreira Chonguiça is a Mozambican jazz saxophonist. In 2010 he started a jazz festival, Morejazz, in Maputo; artists invited to play at the festival also hold master-classes at the Eduardo Mondlane University of the city. In June 2010 his group The Moreira Project opened the Standard Bank Jazz Festival in Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape The Eastern Cape is one of the provinces of South Africa. Mozambique

Jazz Saxophonist
Jazz saxophonists are musicians who play various types of saxophones ( alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone etc.) in jazz and its associated subgenres. The techniques and instrumentation of this type of performance have evolved over the 20th century, influenced by both movements of musicians that became the subgenres and by particularly influential sax players who helped reshape the music. Maputo (), formerly named Lourenço Marques until 1976, is the Capital city, capital, and largest city of Mozambique. Eduardo Mondlane University
The Eduardo Mondlane University ( pt, Universidade Eduardo Mondlane; UEM) is the oldest and largest university in Mozambique. The UEM is located in Maputo and has about 40,000 students enrolled. History The institution was set up as a center for higher education in 1962 in what was then Lourenço Marques, the capital of Portugal's overseas province of Mozambique. Founded by the time of Overseas Minister Adriano Moreira, it was called ''Estudos Gerais Universitários de Moçambique'' (Mozambique General University Studies) after ''Studium Generale''; in 1968 it became the Universidade de Lourenço Marques (University of Lourenço Marques). Makhanda, also known as Grahamstown, is a town of about 140,000 people in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It is situated about northeast of Port Elizabeth and southwest of East London, Eastern Cape, East London. The Eastern Cape is one of the provinces of South Africa. Its capital is Bhisho, but its two largest cities are East London and Gqeberha.
