''MoonDreamers'' is an American animated television series that aired in 1986 as part of the ''My Little Pony 'n Friends'' lineup. It appeared on CBN Family Channel from 1989 to 1990, Family Channel from 1990 to 1995 during '' My Little Pony''. '' My Little Pony'' aired the first 15 minutes and the second half rotated among ''MoonDreamers'', ''Potato Head Kids'' and ''The Glo Friends'', all of which promoted toys from Hasbro. ''My Little Pony'' is a 1986–1987 American animated television series produced by Sunbow Productions and Marvel Productions and animated by Toei Animation and AKOM based on the My Little Pony toys released by Hasbro. The series featured as the first segment of a program called ''My Little Pony 'n Friends''. The second segment would be an unrelated cartoon based on another Hasbro franchise – including ''The Glo Friends'', ''MoonDreamers'' and the ''Potato Head Kids''. The Glo Friends
''The Glo Friends'' is an American television series that originally aired in 1986 as a segment of ''My Little Pony 'n Friends''. Produced by Sunbow Productions and Marvel Productions in collaboration with Toei Animation, the 26 segments of ''Glo Friends'' played in rotation as a secondary series, alternating with ''MoonDreamers'' and ''Potato Head Kids''. ''Glow Friends'' was later broadcast on the (CBN) Family Channel from 1989 to 1995 as part of the ''My Little Pony'' rebroadcast. ''Potato Head Kids'' is an American animated television series that aired in 1986. It was made to pair with ''My Little Pony 'n Friends''. An episode of '' My Little Pony'' was played for 15 minutes, and then an episode of ''Potato Head Kids'', ''MoonDreamers'', or ''The Glo Friends'' was played. It appeared on CBN Family Channel from 1989 to 1990. Premise ''Potato Head Kids'' was an outgrowth of the Mr. Potato Head character franchise. Mr. Potato Head now played an adult figure in the lives of the title kids, a varied bunch of anthropomorphic potatoes with different personalities. Claster Television, Inc. was a Baltimore, Maryland–based television distributor founded in 1953 by Bertram H. (Bert) Claster and Nancy Claster (Goldman) as Romper Room Inc. John Semper Jr. is an African-American screenwriter, producer and story editor with numerous credits in animation for television. He has worked for miscellaneous companies as Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros.
