Molovata Nouă
Molovata Nouă is a commune located in Dubăsari District of the Republic of Moldova, on the eastern bank of the River Dniester. It consists of two villages, ''Molovata Nouă'' and ''Roghi''. During the 1992 War of Transnistria, the commune was located in the immediate vicinity of heavy fighting. Since the war Molovata Nouă has been controlled by the government of the Republic of Moldova, while Roghi is partly controlled by the secessionist government of Transnistria. Population According to the 2004 Moldovan Census, the village Molovata Nouă had a population of 1,851, of which 1,824 were ethnic Moldavians, 23 were from ethnic minorities, and 4 were ''other'' or undeclared. Dubăsari District
The Dubăsari District () is a district in the east of Moldova, with the administrative center at Cocieri. As of January 1, 2011, its population was 35,200. This does not include the 715 people that live in the village of Roghi, which is controlled by the breakaway Tiraspol authorities. ''Dubăsari'' means ferry-arks (see coat of arms). Poșta Moldovei ( en, Post of Moldova) is the company responsible for postal service in Moldova. The company was founded on April 1, 1993, as a result of the division of the postal communications sector from that of telecommunications. Since June 2005, the Poșta Moldovei is under the direction of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications. The first issue of postage stamps in the country was launched on June 23, 1991 through the series "The first anniversary of the proclamation of the sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova". Dniester

Transnistria
Transnistria, officially the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR), is an unrecognised breakaway state that is internationally recognised as a part of Moldova. Transnistria controls most of the narrow strip of land between the Dniester river and the Moldovan–Ukrainian border, as well as some land on the other side of the river's bank. Its capital and largest city is Tiraspol. Transnistria has been recognised only by three other unrecognised or partially recognised breakaway states: Abkhazia, Artsakh and South Ossetia. 2004 Moldovan Census
The 2004 Moldovan census was carried out between October 5 and October 12, 2004. The breakaway Transnistria failed to come into an agreement with the central government in Chişinău, and carried out its own census between November 11 and November 18, 2004. The results of the census in Transnistria were put into question. Moldova's previous census was performed in 1989, when the territory of the country was part of the former Soviet Union. The census was delayed several times and had difficulties because of political problems, ethnic tensions, and a lack of financial resources. Anatol Codru
Anatol Codru (1 May 1936 - 17 August 2010) was a writer and film director from Moldova. He was the head of the Union of Cinematographers of Moldova and a leader of the Democratic Forum of Romanians in Moldova. Biography Anatol Codru was born to Ion Condrea and Titiana Stăncuţă on May 1, 1936, in Molovata Nouă. He graduated from Moldova State University in 1963. Since 1998, he has been the head of the Union of Cinematographers of Moldova.
