Gustaf Molander
Gustaf Harald August Molander (18 November 1888 – 19 June 1973) was a Sweden, Swedish actor and film director. His parents were director Harald Molander, Sr. (1858–1900) and singer and actress Lydia Molander, ''née'' Wessler, and his brother was the director Olof Molander (1892–1966). He was the father of director and producer Harald Molander from his first marriage to actress Karin Molander and father to actor Jan Molander from his second marriage to Elsa Fahlberg (1892–1977). Gustaf Molander was born in Helsinki, Helsingfors (now Helsinki) in the Grand Duchy of Finland (in the Russian Empire), where his father was working at the Swedish Theatre. He studied in the school of the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm 1907–1909, acted at the Swedish theatre in Helsingfors 1909–1913, and then at the Royal Dramatic Theatre from 1913 to 1926. Scooter Molander
Andrew "Scooter" Molander (born October 25, 1966) is a former American football quarterback who played three seasons in the Vaahteraliiga (Maple League) in Finland for the Helsinki Roosters and Espoo Colts. Molander played four seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL) with the Charlotte Rage, Las Vegas Sting and Anaheim Piranhas. He first enrolled at Phoenix College before transferring to Colorado State University. He attended Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, Arizona. Molander was also an off season and practice squad member of the Cleveland Browns, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants, and New York/New Jersey Knights. Karin Molander (born Katarina Margareta Elisabet Edwertz, 20 May 1889 – 3 September 1978) was a Swedish stage and film actress whose career spanned over five decades. Career Born Katarina Margareta Elisabet Edwertz in Stockholm, Sweden, she began taking classes from theater actress Julia Håkansson at a young age. She debuted on stage at the Vasa Theatre in 1907 and was engaged at the Intiman Theatre from 1911 to 1920, the Lorensberg Theatre from 1920 to 1922 and at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in two phases: 1922 to 1925 and again from 1931 to 1936. Molander made her film debut in 1913 in director Victor Sjöström's '' Halvblod''. Olof Johan Harald Molander (8 October 1892 – 26 May 1966) was a Sweden, Swedish theatre director, theatre and film director. He was most notable for his many Strindberg and Shakespeare productions. Biography Molander was born in Helsinki. He was the son of the director and writer John Harald Molander, Sr. (1858–1900) and actress Lydia Molander (1851–1929). Jan Göran Gustaf Harald Molander (2 April 1920 – 30 June 2009) was a Swedish people, Swedish actor and film director who had a decades-long dominant career in his country's film and television industry. A native of Stockholm, Jan Molander was the son of actor/director Gustaf Molander and Elsa Fahlberg and the half-brother of director and producer Harald Molander from his father's first marriage to actress Karin Molander. From 1942 to 1945 he was a pupil at the Royal Dramatic Training Academy and made his film debut playing a student in 1944's critically acclaimed ''Hets'' (''Torment (1944 film), Torment''), directed by Alf Sjöberg and written by the film's assistant director Ingmar Bergman. Helga Molander (born Ruth Werner; 19 March 1896 – 1986), was a German actress and mother of Hans Eysenck. Life Helga Molander was born in Königshütte, Upper Silesia, then Germany, to Jewish parents. She began her artistic career in 1918 at the Trianon Theater in Berlin. During the twenties, she performed in a number of silent movies. Roger Carl Molander (November 20, 1940 – March 25, 2012) was an American government official and activist. Life Born in Perham, Minnesota, Molander grew up in Marinette, Wisconsin. He graduated with High Honors from University of Wisconsin–Madison with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with support from a Scott Paper Company scholarship.
