Mohammad Abubakar Durrani ( ps, محمد ابوبکر درانی; born in Quetta Balochistan Pakistan) is a Pakistani canoeist and documentary/ short film maker , cameraman, cave photographer and owner of the Abdali Productions. Family Background Mohammad Abubakar Durrani hails from the ethnic Pashtun Sadduzai tribe, section of the Popalzai sub clan of Durrani Abdali Pashtun tribe, Mohammad Umar Durrani is his younger brother. He is son of eminent Pakistani caving legend and environmental scientists / Conservationist Hayatullah Khan Durrani and grandson of the sadozai Pashtun tribal chief and politician Shahzada Rehmatullah Khan Durrani. Hanna Lake
Hanna Lake () is a lake in Urak Valley near Quetta, in Balochistan Province, in southwestern Pakistan. It is surrounded by mountains. Geography Hanna Lake is in the hills close to where the Urak Valley begins, east from Quetta city. The reservoir was constructed in 1894 during the British Colonial era on the land of local tribesmen, and is one of the main attractions in the city. It forms a great historical bridge wall between two mountains, the depths like battlements of a fort, for the storing of water. Features Hanna Lake is one of the most visited and accessible lakes in Balochistan. The Durrānī ( ps, دراني, ), formerly known as Abdālī (), are one of the largest tribes of Pashtuns. Popalzai or Popalzay ( ps, پوپلزی), also known as Popal, are Durrani (formerly called Abdali or Bor Tareen) Pashtuns of Afghanistan. The Popalzai are part of the Zirak confederation of Pashtun tribes. The origin of the Abdali forefathers of the Sadozai tribe is probably the Hephthalites. The forefathers of Ahmad Shāh Durrānī, the founder of the Durrani Empire, were from the Sadozai tribe which is a subtribe of the Popalzai.
