"Mizérable" is a single by Japanese singer-songwriter Gackt from his same-titled debut Mizérable (EP), mini album. It was released on June 30, 1999, by Nippon Crown as his debut single, in a box edition. It was also available in a mini CD single edition, without additional material. All of the song's lyrics and music were written and composed by Gackt himself. Musically incorporating violin and modern rock instruments, with mixed pop music, pop-art rock sound, and recognizable emotional-metaphorical story, the song suggested his future musical expression. Summary In 1999, the 26-year-old Gackt Camui was living in Tokyo, and trying to set up his solo project. Masa is a Japanese musician who was a member of GacktJOB, Gackt's band. He has also been in the disbanded ''Spiky'', ''Dizzy Drive'' and ''Marmarsa☆mu (マァマァサ☆ムゥ)''. Biography Masa was born on the 30th of September in Kyoto, year unknown. After graduating from a , he went to the U.S.A. alone and took the TOEFL after one year. He then studied music at a university for three years. He learned the English language while living in New York for four years. A day after he graduated from the university, he returned home.
