Mister World Philippines is a beauty pageant in the Philippines that selects the country's representatives to the Mister World pageant. History The first Mister World representative under Miss World Philippines is Andrew Wolff who placed first runner-up in the Mister World 2012 pageant. In 2014, two contenders were appointed as representatives, John de Lara Spainhour for the 2014 edition and Sam Valdes Ajdani for the 2016 edition. Under the new directorship of Vegafria, in 2018, the Mister World representative for the first time selected via Mister World Philippines contest instead of appointment. Mister World
The Mister World competition is a male beauty pageant sponsored by the Miss World Organisation. The competition was founded in 1996. The entrants compete in various activities including waterskiing, mountain biking, and marathon running. The current Mister World is Jack Heslewood, an Aerospace Engineer from England, who was crowned on 23 August 2019 in Manila. He is the first ever English person to win a World title, the fifth European to be crowned Mister World in the 2019 contest. Traditionally, Mister World lives in London during his reign. Newport World Resorts (formerly Resorts World Manila) is an integrated resort, located in Newport City, opposite Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Mister Supranational 2022 was the 6th edition of the Mister Supranational, held on July 16, 2022 at Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Varo Vargas of Peru crowned Luis Daniel Gálvez of Cuba at the end of the event. This edition marked the first delegate from Caribbean to win Mister Supranational. Mister Supranational 2021 was the 5th edition of the Mister Supranational pageant. It was held on August 22, 2021 in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Nate Crnkovich of the United States crowned Varo Vargas of Peru as his successor at the end of the event. This edition marks the first time in history that Peru won the Mister Supranational pageant, the second South American country and the third Latin American country to do so. The edition was originally scheduled at the end of 2020 but was postponed due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
