The Missouri Department of Revenue is a U.S. state government agency in Missouri created under the Missouri Constitution in 1945, which is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of state and local government through the collection and distribution of state revenue, and administration of state laws governing driver licensing, and motor vehicle sale and registration. Mount Etna Morris served as the department's first director from July 1946 until his election as State Treasurer of Missouri in November 1948, and later served again as director from 1953 to 1956. Wayne Wallingford (born July 11, 1946) is an American people, American politician who previously served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from the 147th district. He previously served as a member of the Missouri Senate from 2013 to 2021. Missouri Constitution
The Missouri Constitution is the state constitution of the U.S. State of Missouri. Mount Etna Morris
Mount Etna Morris (September 1, 1900 – July 8, 1988) was an American politician from Missouri. A Democrat, he served three non-consecutive terms as State Treasurer of Missouri as well as two non-consecutive terms as Director of the Missouri Department of Revenue and two terms in the Missouri House of Representatives. Early life and education Morris was born September 1, 1900 in Dadeville, Missouri to hardware merchant Albert G. Morris and his wife. He had two siblings; a brother A. George Morris, an official with the Missouri Department of Conservation, and a sister Lucille Morris Upton, an author and newspaper reporter. Mike Parson
Michael Lynn Parson (born September 17, 1955) is an American politician serving as the 57th governor of Missouri since 2018. A member of the Republican Party, Parson served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2005 to 2011 and in the Missouri Senate from 2011 to 2017. He served as the 47th lieutenant governor of Missouri under Eric Greitens from 2017 to 2018. He was sworn in as governor on June 1, 2018, upon Greitens's resignation; he served the remainder of Greitens's term and was elected governor in his own right in 2020. The Missouri Lottery is the state-run lottery in Missouri. It is a charter member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL). As of 2022, the lottery offers Powerball, Mega Millions, Cash4Life, Lotto, Show Me Cash, Pick 4, Pick 3, Cash Pop, Club Keno, scratchers, and pull-tabs. The minimum age to buy a ticket is 18.
