Miss Colombia 2010 was the 58th edition of the Miss Colombia pageant. It was held on November 15, 2010 in Cartagena, Colombia. At the end of the event, Natalia Navarro of Bolívar crowned Catalina Robayo of Valle as Miss Colombia 2010. Andrea Serna is a famous Colombian model, TV presenter, reporter, TV show hostess, radio DJ and TV producer. She was born in Aranzazu, but she was raised in Santiago de Cali and lives in Bogotá. Flag Of Bogotá
The flag of Bogotá was adopted as a symbol of the city on October 9, 1952, through decree 555 issued by the Office of Mayor. It's formed by a yellow horizontal strip, which occupies the upper half, and a red horizontal strip, which complements the lower part. In the center is the coat of arms of the city.
