''Mischievous Miss'' (german: Fräulein Lausbub) is a 1930 German Silent film, silent comedy film directed by Erich Schönfelder and starring Julius Falkenstein, Dina Gralla and Albert Paulig. It was made at the Staaken Studios in Berlin, with some scenes shot location filming, on location in Portugal. The film's sets were designed by the art director Heinrich Richter. It premiered at Berlin's Marmorhaus cinema. The Marmorhaus (English: Marble House) is a former cinema located on the Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. Opened in 1913, it takes its name from a large marble façade. Designed by the architect Hugo Pál, the walls of the foyer and auditorium were decorated by the expressionist artist Cesar Klein. Max Nosseck
Max Nosseck (19 September 1902 – 29 September 1972) was a German film director, actor and screenwriter. Biography Nosseck was born in Nakel, then in Prussia, but now in Poland. Nosseck established himself as a director in the German Film Industry, but due to his Jewish background he was forced to emigrate following the Nazi takeover in 1933. He directed films in Spain, the Netherlands and United States. Following the Second World War he returned to work in the German and Austrian industries. Nosseck married three times: to Austrian actress Olly Gebauer, to German actress Ilse Steppat, and to the writer and aviator Genevieve Haugen. He died in Bad Wiessee.
