Miriam Dehne (born February 23, 1968 in Düsseldorf), is a German film director and screenwriter. Biography and artistic development Miriam Dehne grew up in Düsseldorf. After graduation, she moved to Berlin. She completed her design studies at the Hochschule der Künste (HdK, today UDK) under Professor Wolfgang Joop. The first Super 8 films about the scene in Berlin in the 1980s / 1990s were made during her studies. She attends the masterclasses of Mark W. Travis, Judith Weston and Keith Cunningham (among others). ', her first full-length feature film, premiered at the Berlinale in 2005, is honored by the ''Confédération Internationale des Cinémas D’Art et Essai'' and receives a nomination for the ''Deutscher Filmpreis'' (German Film Prize). 2raumwohnung (; meaning "2-Room Apartment") are a German electro-pop duo that was formed in 2000 in Berlin. Its two members are singer, Inga Humpe, and her life partner, Tommi Eckart. They reached the high point of their career to date with the album "36 Grad" ("36 Degrees"), which remained in the German music charts for a total of 33 weeks. Their most successful single has been the album's eponymous title song. 2raumwohnung have also appeared internationally, e.g. at Expo 2010 and as a DJ team. Cassandra Steen (born 9 February 1980) is a German-American singer who rose to fame as the lead singer of the pop/soul trio Glashaus. After a series of commercially successful releases with the group, she released her moderately successful solo debut album '' Seele mit Herz'' in 2003 and has been active as both a solo artist and as part of Glashaus since. Biography Early life and career Steen is an only child born to a German mother and an African-American father in Ostfildern-Ruit near Stuttgart, Germany in 1980. In 1997, Steen's demo tape got into the hands of a befriended producer, who passed it to an up-and-coming hip hop group, he was working with: Freundeskreis.
