The Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Serbia ( sr, Министарство спорта, Ministarstvo sporta) is the ministry in the Government of Serbia which is in the charge of sports. The current minister is Zoran Gajić, in office since 26 October 2022. History The ministry of Youth and Sports was established on 11 February 1991. From 2001 to 2007, the Ministry was merged into the Ministry of Education. The Government of Serbia ( sr, Влада Србије, Vlada Srbije), formally the Government of the Republic of Serbia ( sr, Влада Републике Србије, Vlada Republike Srbije), commonly abbreviated to Serbian Government ( sr, Српска Влада, Srpska Vlada), is the executive branch of government in Serbia. The affairs of government are decided by the Cabinet of Ministers, which is led by the Prime Minister. The government is housed in a Ministry of Finance of Kingdom of Yugoslavia Building.
