Semiha Borovac
Semiha Borovac (born 2 March 1955) is a Bosnian politician who served as the 35th Mayor of Sarajevo, holding office from 2005 until 2009. She is Sarajevo's first female mayor and is also a member of the Party of Democratic Action. Borovac was also the Minister of Human Rights and Refugees from 2015 to 2019. Education Borovac attended first the "Ahmet Fetahagić" elementary school and then the "Druga Gimnazija" secondary school in Sarajevo. She went on to university, graduating from the Sarajevo Law School in 1977 and qualifying as a judge in 2000. Safet Halilović (3 April 1951 – 10 May 2017) was a Bosnian politician and professor. He was born in Orahova, Gradiška and later attended the University of Sarajevo, graduating in 1974 from the Department of Social studies. He obtained a doctorate in politics during 1988. Krešimir Zubak (; born 25 January 1947) is a Bosnian Croat politician. At the beginning of the Bosnian War in 1992, he joined the Croatian Democratic Union. After Mate Boban left the position of president of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, Zubak succeeded him. Under Zubak, the Croatian Defence Council and ARBIH established peaceful relations and the Washington agreement was signed.
