Darko Horvat (born 28 September 1970) is a Croatian politician who served as Minister of Construction, Physical Planning and State Property in the Government of Croatia between 2020 and 2022, when he was arrested by USKOK for abuse of position. Radimir Čačić (; born 11 May 1949) is a Croatian politician and businessman who has been President of the People's Party – Reformists (NS-R) since the party's formation in 2014, as well as Prefect of Varaždin County since 2017. Čačić previously served as President of the Croatian People's Party (HNS) between 1995 and 2000.
