The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination ( ur, ; abbreviated as MoNHSRC) is a cabinet level ministry of the government of Pakistan with responsibility for national public health. Organization Healthcare was transferred to the provincial health departments after Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution of Pakistan in June 2011. In May 2013 however the federal ministry was reinstated by Prime Minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso, as the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination. The function of this new ministry was to provide provision of medical services, frame health policies and enforce the same at a national level. Dr. Allah Bakhsh Malik is Federal Secretary of the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Government of Pakistan. The Government of Pakistan ( ur, , translit=hakúmat-e pákistán) abbreviated as GoP, is a federal government established by the Constitution of Pakistan as a constituted governing authority of the four provinces, two autonomous territories, and one federal territory of a parliamentary democratic republic, constitutionally called the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Effecting the Westminster system for governing the state, the government is mainly composed of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, in which all powers are vested by the Constitution in the Parliament, the Prime Minister and the Supreme Court. The powers and duties of these branches are further defined by acts and amendments of the Parliament, including the creation of executive institutions, departments and courts inferior to the Supreme Court.
