British prime minister David Cameron conducted the first major reshuffle of his coalition government on 4 September 2012. Jonathan Rowland Shaw (born 3 June 1966) is a British Labour Party politician who served as the Member of Parliament for Chatham and Aylesford from 1997 to 2010. He also served in the Government as the Minister for Disabled People from 2008 to 2010. He is currently the CEO of Policy Connect. Maria Eagle (born 17 February 1961) is a British politician who served in the governments of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown. She later served in the Shadow Cabinets of Ed Miliband and Jeremy Corbyn.
